This is a great spot to highlight a high-end property, local area of interest or your professional photographer's skills. Alternatively, you may choose to use a stock photo that includes your branding and colors to continue on the theme. This photo can be changed by you as frequently as you choose within the Website area of the ReNet software.

During the design process, you can choose what you would like the text overlaying the image to read. Alternatively, you can remove the text all together.

Depending on the size of your agency and the number of listings you carry, you may require different needs for your quick search. We offer three options within this template.

We can remove the quick search as an overlay. For smaller agencies that only carry a few listings, this may be the best way to encourage buyers and prospective vendors to explore your site further.
The Simple Quick Search. For most small to medium offices, the simple quick search promotes user functionality without cluttering your home screen with too many options.
The Advanced Quick Search. For large offices with hundreds of active listings, an advanced search that allows users to easily see the listings that best suit them is available.

Call To Action

The versatility of this area allows you to choose the most effective tool for your market. Written as a call to action, this area can encourage vendors or buyers to get in touch. Alternatively, this spot is a perfect place to offer targeted content. Offer vendors a chance to download a "How to Prepare Your Property for Sale" document, or offer investors some information on how to capitalise on their investment. Followed by a prompt to direct them to the specific page that will best help them, this module can act as a click funnel deeper into the content of your website.
